Resources (developed countries)
Access to resources is not such a large problem in developed countries as it is in developing countries. Everyone has access to electricity but some people do not have access to the internet. This is generally the case for farmers in rural areas because they are not near towns or cities so they are not connected to the underground cables which provide internet access.
This can result in farmers not earning all they could. This is because the farmers who have internet access sell online and therefore get a better price than those without internet access.
This problem is being solved because they government plans to get all of the UK connected to internet by laying more cables. Some farmers have decided to buy and lay the cables themselves instead of waiting for the government.
Mobile phone signal can become disrupted in hilly regions which can make it difficult for people to communicate. This is not a major problem because as new phones get released they have stronger signals meaning they are less likely to get disrupted.
